Very disappointed in this program. I have found this very difficult to use. I'm not sure if there is something wrong with the one I purchased on this website or if this is how it is. I found it frustrating to begin, even though I did read the instructions. I also found it not very user friendly. I purchased two of these, one for myself and the other to give to a friend who is in my spanish class. I will not be giving her this since I have had such a bad experience.

Ok I own both, the french version and spanish version of this software and this is my honest opinion. You will really learn the basics of the language if you do 1 lesson a day, every day. It is really simple (well the spanish language is quite simple if you ask me). It includes two programs which show you the words and sentances and say it out loud. You can even slow the voice down.
For under $10 you cant complain. Its very cheap and efective.
This is my guarantee, if you use this program for a half hour, every day and a half hour of "Pimsleur's Spanish" every day, you should be speaking spanish in a month. actually the first day you will be saying sentances. Also try talking to people around you and write the words you are learning down. Keep pushing the effort. dont give yourself the "i dont have time"excuses. If you cant follow a simple plan and take a half hour of your time a day, than you cant suceed in anything. THis is also why america is so fat. "i dont have time" = LAZINESS
force yourself dummy otherwise accept the dull life style and stop complaining.
